Cake Gallery

I design specialty cakes for San Francisco Bay Area weddings, showers and other special events on a commission basis. Every party is different, so I work with my clients to create a gateau that is as unique as it is meaningful. You will find a lot of fresh flowers, twigs and herbs on my cakes, as well as insects, leaves and other objects that I have sculpted by hand. That said, I also believe cake should look as good as it tastes, so I spend as much time on the decorations as I do recipe testing. I like traditional flavors, but I'm also not afraid to experiment with the unusual, like cardamom cake and orange buttercream. Additionally, I always use high quality ingredients - freshly ground spices, imported cocoas, European-style butter and free-range eggs. I want you cake to taste wonderful and look beautiful too.
